To set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes, first make sure that the pot is plugged in and turned on. Then press the “Manual” button and use the “+” or “-” buttons to set the time for 5 minutes. After that, press the “High Pressure” button and then the “Start” button.
